Upon arrival at Chandigarh Airport / Railway Station, you will be warmly greeted by our representative who will assist you with the start of your memorable Himalayan journey. Begin your scenic drive towards Narkanda via Shimla, passing through charming hill roads and dense pine forests.

En route, you will pass Shimla, the former summer capital of British India, beautifully located amidst the snow-capped Shivalik mountain range. The town is known for its colonial charm, pleasant climate, and breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks.

Continue your drive towards Narkanda, a tranquil hill destination famous for its apple orchards and pristine natural beauty. A few minutes after crossing Jeori, you will encounter the iconic “Welcome to Kinnaur” signboard, marking your entry into one of Himachal Pradesh’s most scenic regions. The dramatic hanging cliffs and rugged mountain terrain make this drive truly unforgettable.

Arrive in Kalpa by evening and check in to your hotel. Enjoy stunning views of the Kinner Kailash range as the sun sets behind the mountains.

By afternoon, reach Nako, where you will explore the tranquil Nako Lake and stroll through the traditional Nako Village, experiencing the simple lifestyle of the local people. Later, continue your drive towards Tabo, often referred to as the “Ajanta of the Himalayas.”

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive towards Kaza, the administrative headquarters of the Spiti Valley. En route, visit the picturesque village of Dhankar, dramatically perched on a cliff overlooking the Spiti River.

Explore the ancient Dhankar Monastery, comprising both the old and the new monastery complexes, known for their spiritual significance and commanding views of the valley. Adventurous travelers may opt for a short trek to Dhankar Lake, a hidden gem offering serene surroundings and rewarding vistas.

The drive from Tabo to Kaza covers approximately 60 km, with a mix of smooth and rugged road conditions, allowing you to soak in the raw beauty of the region at a relaxed pace.

Visit the towering Langza Buddha Statue, followed by Komik, one of the world’s highest motorable villages, and Hikkim, home to the world’s highest post office. Continue to the famous Key Monastery, an important center of Tibetan Buddhist learning, before visiting Kibber Village, one of the highest inhabited villages in the world.

Conclude the day with a visit to the spectacular Chicham Bridge, Asia’s highest suspension bridge, offering dramatic views of deep gorges below.

Return to the hotel in the evening.

After breakfast, begin your scenic drive towards the lush Sangla Valley, transitioning from the cold desert landscape of Spiti to verdant forests and riverside meadows.

En route, visit Chitkul, the last inhabited village on the Indo-Tibet border, known for its pristine beauty and peaceful ambiance. Continue to Rakchham, a charming village offering insight into the traditional pahari lifestyle of the locals.

Enjoy a packed lunch by the serene Baspa River, just a short walk from the campsite, surrounded by towering mountains. Return to the camp for evening tea and leisure time.
