The Royal Rajasthan Tour Package takes you on an unforgettable journey through the heart of India’s royal heritage, beginning in Jaipur, the vibrant Pink City. Here, you explore magnificent landmarks such as Amber Fort, City Palace, and Hawa Mahal, while experiencing the city’s colorful markets and rich cultural charm.

Day 1: Arrival in Jaipur / The Pink City / Gateway to Royal Rajasthan

Arrival at Jaipur (The Pink City) Airport/Railway Station by morning, where you will be welcomed by our representative. Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, is famous for its royal palaces, vibrant bazaars, and rich cultural heritage. From here, you will be transferred to your pre-booked hotel.
After check-in, relax and freshen up. Later, enjoy a leisurely visit to the local markets of Jaipur, known for colorful textiles, traditional jewelry, handicrafts, and ethnic Rajasthani artifacts. In the evening, witness the beautifully illuminated city ambience.

Jaipur: Jaipur (431 mts) is the capital city of Rajasthan and is popularly known as the Pink City due to its distinctive rose-colored buildings. Founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, Jaipur is one of India’s first planned cities. The city is renowned for its majestic forts, royal palaces, astronomical observatories, and vibrant culture, making it a perfect introduction to Rajasthan’s regal heritage.

Day 2: Jaipur Sightseeing / Forts, Palaces & Royal Grandeur

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Visit the majestic Amber Fort, located on a hilltop and known for its artistic Hindu-style architecture. Explore City Palace, a blend of Mughal and Rajasthani architecture, followed by a visit to Jantar Mantar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Later, stop at the iconic Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), famous for its intricate honeycomb façade. Continue exploring local handicraft markets and enjoy traditional Rajasthani culture.
Return to the hotel by evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 3: Jaipur / Jodhpur / The Blue City & Desert Royalty: 330–340 KMS – 6 to 7 Hrs

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive towards Jodhpur, famously known as the Blue City. On arrival, check in to the hotel and relax.
In the evening, visit local bazaars around the old city, famous for spices, handicrafts, leather items, and traditional Rajasthani footwear. Enjoy the desert city atmosphere surrounded by blue-painted houses.
Dinner and overnight stay at Jodhpur.

Jodhpur: Jodhpur (231 mts) is the second-largest city in Rajasthan and is known as the Blue City due to the blue-painted houses surrounding the Mehrangarh Fort. Founded in 1459 by Rao Jodha, the city reflects royal valor, magnificent forts, and rich Marwari culture. Jodhpur stands at the edge of the Thar Desert and showcases Rajasthan’s rugged yet majestic charm.

Day 4: Jodhpur Sightseeing / Udaipur / City of Lakes: 250–260 KMS – 5 to 6 Hrs

After breakfast, proceed for Jodhpur sightseeing. Visit the mighty Mehrangarh Fort, one of the largest and most impressive forts in India, offering panoramic views of the blue city below. Continue to Jaswant Thada, a royal marble cenotaph built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II.
Later, drive towards Udaipur, popularly known as the City of Lakes. On arrival, check in to the hotel and relax.
Dinner and overnight stay in Udaipur.

Udaipur: Udaipur (598 mts) is one of the most romantic cities in India and is famous for its scenic lakes, grand palaces, and rich Mewar heritage. Founded in 1559 by Maharana Udai Singh II, the city is often referred to as the Venice of the East. Surrounded by the Aravalli Hills, Udaipur offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and royal elegance.

Day 5: Udaipur Sightseeing / Lakes, Palaces & Cultural Beauty

After breakfast, proceed for full-day sightseeing of Udaipur. Visit the magnificent City Palace, overlooking Lake Pichola, followed by Jag Mandir, a beautiful island palace. Later, enjoy a visit to Saheliyon Ki Bari, known for its fountains, marble pavilions, and lotus pools.
In the evening, enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola, offering mesmerizing views of palaces and ghats during sunset. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Udaipur.

Day 6: Udaipur / Departure with Royal Memories

After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Enjoy some leisure time for shopping traditional Rajasthani souvenirs such as miniature paintings, handicrafts, silver jewelry, and textiles.
Later, transfer to Udaipur Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey with beautiful memories of royal Rajasthan.

No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Room allocation is subject to hotel availability at the time of check-in and will be provided in the room category mentioned on your confirmation voucher.
No refund can be claimed if the hotel services or amenities do not meet your expectations; such cases will be considered individually on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation 45 days or more before departure: 25% of the tour cost
Cancellation between 44 and 31 days before departure: 40% of the tour cost
Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost
Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before departure: 75% of the tour cost
Cancellation within 6 days of departure or in case of no-show: 100% of the tour cost
To confirm your booking, please deposit 50% of the tour cost in advance into our company’s account.

Identity Proof Requirements

Guests are requested to carry two photocopies (xerox) of any valid photo ID proof (PAN Card not accepted) such as Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID, or Aadhaar Card, and submit one copy at the time of booking. Additionally, guests must carry two passport-size photographs.

Children / Students: Two photocopies of School or College Photo Identity Card (to be submitted at the time of booking).
Adults: Original plus photocopy of Aadhaar Card / Driving Licence / Voter ID / Passport.
Infants: Aadhaar Card or Birth Certificate.
NRI / Foreign Nationals: Mandatory Passport with valid Indian Visa / OCI Card / PIO Card.

Special Notes

The Tour Manager’s service will commence from the first destination mentioned in the itinerary.
Meal services will start from Day 1 at the final arrival destination and continue until departure from the last destination as per the itinerary.
Meal services are not provided during air travel or transit halts.

Road Transportation

All transfers and sightseeing will be provided by air-conditioned coach.
Dalhousie local sightseeing will be conducted by Non A/C Alto / Omni (4 passengers per vehicle).
Dharamshala local sightseeing will be conducted by Non A/C Maruti Van / Alto (4 passengers per vehicle).

Important Notes

In case of insufficient bookings, certain tour categories may be merged with other compatible tour groups to ensure smooth operation.
While every effort is made to maintain the planned itinerary, the programme is subject to change without prior notice due to operational reasons.
In case of a pandemic or similar situation, some sightseeing spots may be temporarily closed. Alternative sightseeing will be arranged where possible.
Guests must comply with mandatory travel requirements such as tests, vaccination certificates, self-declarations, or e-pass formalities as per state or central government regulations. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the guest.
